1 Menu of my swichboard menus run slow

Hello,

I have 8 menus in my main switchboard, but there is one menu which runs very
slow, meaning we have to wait a bit long to open the form

What could be the problem, anyone can help me please.

The thing is that only when in the first open that happened. after that when
we close the form, we open it again trhu menu it is quick
