1033 file xp professional with front page

all office products no longer run. when i fire them up
they ask for the xp professional with front page cd. this
is not possible without sending pc back to my it dept.
when i click ok (as if i have the cd although i dont) it
looks for a proplus.msi file. this applies to outlook,
excel, powerpoint and word. i believe my 1033 file is
corrupted. how can i download a new one? i have also tried
restoring my system back to when the software worked
correctly however this does not help. i have tried to
repair office also however it again asks for the cd
