I have 11 deposit items and 6 of them equal $3854.12 but how do I find out
which 6 deposits equal the $3854.12. Thanks for your help.

set up Solver.
In a range parallel to your deposits (assuming your deposits are in C5:C50
for this example), say D5
50, leave them temporarily blank. in E5:E50 put
=D5*C5 and fill down. Put =SUM(E5:E50) in cell E51. Use solver to make
D550 be integer, >=0, <=1, and use Set value of E51 to be 3854.12. When
Solver finishes, you'll have 1's in D550 which correspond to the deposits
totalling your desired amount.
