123 to excel

Anyone know if it is possible to convert from lotus 123 to
excel, ensuring that all macros are kept intact?

Excel can read some (older) versions of 1-2-3, but not newer ones. Also, in
no case does it convert macros; you'll have to do that yourself. There might
be third-party tools to do that, however.

Oops - glad I sent my previous reply to you only, and not the news server. I
went back and re-read my post...of course it would be even less likely to
find a third-party tool to convert macros. I had in mind a tool which
converts ASP to PHP for web pages, but that's a more useful thing since
people actually USE both of those technologies...I think there are only 3
1-2-3 users left on the planet :)

Best regards -

Be brave - write that in Lotus's SmartSuite user forum or
comp.apps.spreadsheets.
