1605 error message

We reinstalled WORD when we had to rebuild our hard drive due to problems. Since then we continue to get the 1605 error message and have to click cancel 7-8 times to get to use WORD. Tried all the 1605 error fixes to no avail. Have done diagnostics and updates. HELP!
