2 bad changes in Outlook: Prof Ed 2003

Why does Outlook 2003 Prof Ed (we just switched GRRRRR!) not have that popup
that warns you when you hit the mailbox size limit? It's a major loss of
functionality. Can it be restored?

Why does Outlook 2003 Prof Ed now search Inbox/Sent Items from oldest to
newest rather than newest to oldest as before. Searches that use to give
result in 1 second now takes 100 SECONDS. 100 TIMES SLOWER. Can it be changed
to search, as before, usefully: from new to old?

Don't know about the search, but after some research on the MSKB I found
the limit to a pst file (mailbox) is 20 gigabytes. Probably why there
isn't a warning. I have a least one user that has at least 3 gig in his
pst. I wouldn't recommend having a pst that big but to each their own.

I should have indicated that 20 gigabytes is the limit in Outlook 2003.
Older version are much less and I should have included a link.
