Hi There,
I have a client that somehow created 2 calendars. They both appear to be on
the server. When she schedules appointments, only one gets updated. She still
has live future appointments on both. Not sure how this happened. She tells
me it's been an issue for about a year now. This is the first I've heard of
it. Talk about waiting till a small problem becomes big! How can I combine
the 2? I tried moving items from one to another, but there seem to be alot of
recurring items that can't be moved individually. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. By the way, this is on a laptop and I first thought maybe there
was an offline local version and a server version. That doesn't appear to be
the case. I've added her Outlook2003 profile to my computer and when I open
it, I can see both calendar versions. With that being the case, I'm assuming
they're both on the server. Please help.
Thanks,
Mike
