2 Column Questions

I want to print a 2 column report on 8 1/2 x 11 paper, but be able to
photocopy double sided. Is the best way to just print one column and use the
blank 1/2 of the paper as scrap?

Also, how can I number the pages on a column report.

I'm not sure I understand what printing has to do with phocopying two-sided.

As far as page numbers, just put your page number in the page footer.
Having columns does not affect this in any way.

Sorry. Let me try again.

Page 1:
Column 1 will be page 1
Column 2 will be page 2

Page 2:
Column 1 will be page 3
Column 2 will be page 4

If I try to photocopy double-sided, page 3 will be on the back of page 1
instead of page 2.

Are you going to cut these in half after you make your copies? This is very
non-standard.
