How can I work on 2 documents simultaneously, ie splitting the screen
between both? Thanks

Open Word. Load one of the docs. Open another Word session. Load the other
doc. Right click on a blank spot on your taskbar and choose "tile windows
horizontally". Now you can copy/paste from one to the other.

Another option is to leave each Word session full page, having only one
session showing. The icon for the other Word document will be in your task
bar. You can "massage" one document, click on the Word icon in your task
bar bringing up the other Word doc. Now you can paste or whatever.

That first option also works well for moving files from one place to another
using Explorer. You open Explorer, go to one folder/drive/area. Open
another Explorer, go to a different folder/drive/area. Right click on a
blank spot on your taskbar and choose "tile windows horizontally". Now you
can copy/paste from one to the other or use the drag method.
This method REALLY helps when you're moving/copying stuff in a LAN or
to/from a server with a long pathname.

Does the Tile option under the Window menu do what you want?

How can I work on 2 documents simultaneously, ie splitting the screen
between both? Thanks
