I have a user that has two email accounts. One is her own email and
the other one is a customer service account. I added the customer
service account in her outlook but everytime she sent an email, the
sent message goes to her own sent message folder instead of the
message going to the sent message of the customer service account.
Im using exchange 2003 and i have an integrated windows
authentication.
probably there's another way to setup a user with two email accounts
in outlook.
