2 Monitors - Opening specific programs on each

I have one of my monitors set with bigger icons, text etc. The 2nd monitor
is set with smaller settings. I am a bit confused on how to get a certain
program to open in the 2nd screen automatically without having to minimize it
and drag it to the 2nd montitor each time. Some of the software I use
requires a smaller screen resolution so that the entire page is visible. I
would like those programs to open on the 2nd monitor automatically and the
1st monitor to open other specific software. I have an ATI Catalyst Control
Center but it does not appear to specify which monitor to open which
software. I wondered if this might be possible somewhere in the Office suite?

most programs reopen in the location they were closed at. If you closed
the program while it was on the second monitor, thats where it will open
the next time.

If the "program" is hard coded to open in a particular location, that is
where it will open. If a program is set to open Maximized, it will open
on the Primary monitor. All I can say is to Set the program to open
windowed, then Move it and stretch to desired size (DO NOT CLICK
MAXIMIZE), then CTRL key and click the X in the upper right to close.
Re-open the program and it should open in the location it was set to.
