2 page header

I have a two page blank custom letterhead document. Basically I have
to format candidate resumes on to my letterhead. The first page has a
large banner letter head and the second (and subsequent) page(s) have
a more subtle header. When I am pasting on to the blank letter head
document the first page letter head shows up on all the pages and the
second page letter head is at the end of the document blank. How do I
get the document to paste so that the first page header is on the
first page and the second page header shows up on the second, third,
and forth pages?

Are you using the First Page Header and Header for your headers, or do you
have a section break? If the latter, then that's the problem. See the
instructions for a multi-page letterhead at

Under Page Layout ->Page setup ->Layout tab ..
In Header and Footer, Check Different first page
