Can 2 people in an organization use the same publisher program to type a
monthly newsletter on 2 different home computers?

Can 2 people in an organization use the same publisher program to
type a monthly newsletter on 2 different home computers?

If they are able to purchase two separate licenses for the same version of
Publisher and deal with the logistics of transferring the files between the
machines, then yes.
