2 problems printing report

I have an application written in Access 2007 that has a report to be printed
from the form via normal code "DoCmd.OpenReport MyReport, acViewNormal" with
the possibility to open it with another button in Preview mode.

I have these 2 problems:

1. Sometimes Report is printed (or opened in preview) so that the whole
Report is enlarged that it spreads itself from normal page to 3-4 pages. It
takes to open and close it in Preview mode several times until it finally
shows itself in normal size. After that it prints OK. This happens
occasionally and one never knows whether it will open normally or enlarged so
one needs to open it always in Preview first to spare paper, etc.

2. Having printed the report once (could be twice or more times but the
moment will arrive inevitably) if I try to print it again (immediately or in
5 mins - not important) report is not printed and all database freezes so I
need to close application through Task Manager. Nothing is shown in Print
tasks as well.

Both PC and printer have very high hardware characteristics, printer is not
on network. We have tried also to change printer.

Anyone with some hint?
