2 Questions - Hyperlinks in a Query and changing colors too.

Question #1

Is there a way to have a value in a field based upon a query have a
hyperlink? Eg. Field has ID# of 1234...can '1234' have a hyperlink so
when clicked it will open the default browser, go to a predefined
intranet site, and open a page based upon that ID #?

Question #2

Can I have the value change colors in a query based upon that value?
eg - "Yes" is in blue..."No" is in red

Any help you could provide would be great!
