2 Questions: Issues List--Default to Collapse View? & Link to File

With Office Groove 2007, how do I set the Issues Tracking tool to default to
a collapsed view of the Issues (instead of the expanded thread). We have the
version tracking enabled so the issues threads are long but the default view
has them expanded.

Secondly, in the Issues Tracking tool, is there a way to create a link to a
file in the Files tool? Yes, I can attach a file into the Issue but I'd
rather just include in the Issue a link to the file that is also in the
Groove workspace but in the Files tool.
