Hi Sheiny
If you want to know the correct way to create a chart -
these are the steps.
Enter ytour data into the cells.
Select the data and then click on the Chart Wizard on the
Standard Toolbar - (the one with the little picture of a
graph) - then follow the steps 1-4.
The biggest problem when creating them is that the
original data is not adequate and by that I mean that
there are empty rows or too many row headings etc.
Something like below would be ideal...
jan feb mar
sales 25 35 40
costs 10 15 16
profit 15 20 24
If Jan is in cell B1 then select from A14 to take all
information.
There is a step in the Chart Wizard that will allow you to
add a title for your chart - something like.. Quarterly
Profit 2004 etcc
