2 separate vertical alignments on 1 page?

I need to format a series of pages in Word that contains 2 lines of text. I
want to align one of the lines at the TOP of the page, and have the second
line CENTERED in the page. I've tried messing with section breaks and page
setup options, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions? Is this possible? I need to have it actually formatted in
this way (as opposed to just "eyeballing" it) because I'm submitting it for
publication and it needs to be translated accurately.

You could set that page as a separate section and justify that section
vertically. Simply press the Enter key after each of your two lines. I don't
know that this is what your recipient wants, though.

I don't believe you can change vertical alignment with a Continuous break,
though.
