2-side printing

Doing book in Publisher 2007. I need PDF for commercial printing - how do I
format my document to print both sides of pages? I can do it with my own
printer setting it up for duplex printing but don't have that option in PDF.
Also, I have the cover which is one-sided, a second page also one-sided, and
one-sided back cover -- all other pages should print in both sides. Book will
be 8.5 x 5.5 portrait. Please help!!

How does your printer want it set up?
Did you set your book up as a Booklet?
