Hi Margaret,
If you have the MS Office 2000 Edition Proofing Tools already installed when you upgrade to Office 2003 over an Office 2000 copy it
may continue to function, but for installation of the Proofing Tools, it won't recognize the 2003 Edition of Office. The Proofing
Tools are designed to mate to their Office Edition partner version.
