2000 Outlook Address Book

In the details view I would like to see not only the
persons name in the "Name" column but I would also like to
see the Company name. To that end I changed the default
column "Home Phone" to "Company". The company name does
not show up, so I go to properties and go into the
contact's file and by returning to the detail view the
company name now appears in the column "Company". When I
refresh or close out of Outlook and then go back into
Outlook the Company names are no longer in the column.
Please help.

Please post more clearly. You need to post your mail support mode when you
post about Outlook 2000 because each mode uses completely different address
books.
Define:
"details view"
"default column"
"properties"
as you are using them.
