2002 disconnecting under WinXP

We have a database running under Access 2002.
On all the PC's using this database, only 1 uses WindowsXP, and it
frequently disconnects from the server data.

Is there something I should look at on XP or Access?

I would suspect a problem with the network connection. One possibility would
be if XP was putting the network card "to sleep", but it is probably a bad
network card, a bad port on the hub, or bad wiring.

If this is a wireless network, I don't recommend using Access with it.
