2002, error TCP/IP not installed.

I Think my last post was incoherant. New Problem w/ FP 02.
When I try to access my website in FP, It says, "Accessing
HTTP servers requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking, Which is
not installed or may be misconfigured. Would you like
help?" When I click yes, nothing happens. I'm puzz'd.

FP use IE for connecting. Which version of Windows / IE are you running and have you recently
applies any updates, etc.?
