2002 not letting me create new mails and see MSWORD untitled mes

Goot Outlook 2002 for e:mail. All WAS working fine. Now when try and create
new mail by File>New>Masil Message it creates an Untitled message document at
bottom of screen which does not open. When double click on it, it goes off
side of screen. So in summary seems to be creating MSWORD document when try
to create bew mail. Any ideas on what might need to do to fix it please?

Right-click the Taskbar handle and click Move. Use your arrow keys or press
mouse button 1 (left, for a right-naded mouse), and move the window back onto
the screen.
