2002 outlook won't go to url's in message

Got 2002 Outlook...if someone sends email...url's won't work..a box pops up
saying extracting then it sez...kb823980 setup update -u-f-n-o-2-q-i....
have used the repair function..and tried reinstalling...no go...
any ideas?

sound like your workstation needs to install an update,
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823980/en-us)
and maybe this update is corrupt.
Try to download it manually (by the link)
and see if this could solve your problem!
