I just upgraded to 2003 (from 2002). What are the best
addins for 2003 that I should look for?

Depends what you want the addon to do. The top sites for addins are. (in A-Z
order)
Some are free some trial/demo try before you buy

d2stuff.com
frontlook.com
frontpagedevices.com
frontpagegeeks.com
frontpageworld.com (which includes addins that are under other domains
belonging to the web master)
jimcoaddins.com
solution-shelf.com
websunlimted.com

There are many many more I've not mentioned that are just as good and this
listing does not include themes and templates.

I've a larger listing at http://accessfp.net/accessst.htm
I've got to update stuff to fp03 as yet but the links will take you to the
sites where you can read the info yourself... not everything is listed at
the ms addin centre because not everyone makes a lite or free version of
their stuff. Plus I'm making a comprehensive listing of just addins at
addonfp.com of which content is not available yet but keep an eye out soon

One "add-in" I treated myself to is a big, fat aftermarket book on FP
2003. I picked up "Using Frontpage 2003," by Paul Colligan and Jim Cheshire
(of Jimco add-in fame), published by Que. I learned an awful lot I hadn't
discovered in many months of playing with the program and the help menu. The
book includes a CD with some add-in software, and points you to other stuff,
such as JumpURL from the FP 2002 SDK.
Another book that has received good reviews is "Microsoft Office Frontpage
2003 Inside Out," by Jim Buyens.
