2003 error

User is experiencing problems sending emails, he keeps getting undliverables
saying that it's too large even if it's a one line message with no
attachments.

He also is getting the error code OX80040610

any ideas

Are you using Exchange? When you you see this "too large" message? Can you
post the exact text of one of the "undeliverables" (hiding any real mail
addresses it contains, of course)?
