2003 Look in folder option does not appear when inserting hyperlin

Hi, When I insert a hyperlink some of my pc's offer a "look in folder option
to set up a link to a certain document. I have two pc's that instead give a
small text box with the url address of the link awaiting to be typed.
Does anyone know how to change this to the former option?
