2003 Missing Desktop.ini

Hi, I hope you can help me out. I'm setting up Office 2003 from a network
location and am getting the following error message.

Error 1308. Setup cannot find the required file.
\Office\files\MSOFFIECE\Office11\1033\Datasrv\Desktop.ini

For other potentioal solutions to the problem, see Setup.chm

I looked at the suggested file without any luck.
