2003 outlook express, compose mail says interface not registered

I just started using my outllok express for my university email account. I
was typing a new mail and it kept saying " Interface bot Registered"..... so
basically when i clicked on send buton it did not procees and said this what
i jsut told you.

i recieve mails but cannt mail from my outlook i dono whats wrong

Please help me......

Click Start>Run and enter

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Outlook or Outlook Express? If the latter, as in an Outlook Express
newsgroup. If the former, then you're probably not properly authenticating
to your outgoing server.
