2003 Pro Installation Error

I get the same error from different installation CD's on 3 pc's:
The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it.

Any help, appreciated

No, unless you can count the latest Visio and Powerpoint viewer. However, I
did find this info. on the knowledgebase that corrected the issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295823/en-us

even though there was no previous installation of any other Office product.
