Project server file to be modified for OWC 2003 to work?
I am trying to use use portfolio analyser in Project Web
Access 2003 but can only get "view only" mode with OWC2003.
We have a site Enterprise Agreement for Office 2003 but
only have XP installed. According to this support doc I
can use the lpt_tool and modify a file to make OWC
recognise the licence.

Unfortunately the article is vague on which file needs to
be modified and after 5 days of talking to MS Tech support
they are yet to tell me which one. I've tried a few but
have been unable to find one that worked. Does anyone know
the filename that needs to be modified?
