2003 Reminder Manager (dismiss reminder problem) ?

Where to find a forum for help with Reminder Manager, Slovak Technical Services, for XP/Outlook 2003 ?

Having problem with 'dismissing' reminders causing RM/Outlook to freeze.

Slovaktech support seems not able to help.

Looks like there is no answer to this question.
One additional info...
1. freezing happens normally when try to 'dismiss' more than 5 reminders.
