2003 Replacement for Office Developer 2000

Hi there,

I had been using Office 2000 Developer until recently but have made the move
to Office 2003 and was wondering if there is a 2003 version of the tools that
are supplied in the office 2000 developer package? Tools like the Package &
Deployment tool available from the Addins menu in the VBA editor.
