2003 save error from 2007 docx

I created a word 2007 docx document. Then I did a save as to a 2003 doc
document. When I opened the 2003 document, sections of the document were
lost. After I repaired the document the sections were recovered. What caused
this problem and how do I fix it?

I heard this reported elsewhere recently and so far all suggestions haven't
worked. Do you have a sample document you can email to me? If you could send
the .docx format that would provide the best example for determining the
cause of the issue.
