2003 slide show in 2000 powerpoint viewer

Just to clarify
If I make a presentaion in 2003, I know I cannot view it with the additional
animations in normal, 2000 powerpoint.
But can I view it in Powerpoint Viewer (.pps file)
Or if I did install 2003 Powerpoint viewer on a 2000 Powerpoint computer,
can I then view my slide show with additional futures.
Help would be greatly appreciated

Yes. If you install the PPT 2003 Viewer on a 2000 PPT computer, you can then
view your slide show with the additional features.
