2003 SMTP timeout - more info?

I am one of many, it seems, with a timeout error from the SMTP server during
send. I have narrowed down the trouble to REPLYing to an HTML msg. I can
send a new HTML, and can reply to a PLAIN TEXT msg.

Helpful???
