When creating a new email with 'Outlook 2003' (before and after SP2).
I want the email Toolbar to stay above the other Two toolbars.
The other Two being the default one (Send, paperclip etc) and Menu (File,
Edit etc).
You can move it to the sides, or bottom close down and it will come back in
the same place.
Problem is when moving to the TOP. Close down and it appears below the
Subject line.
Does anyone know of a way to keep high at the top of the window?
