Locking Toolbar Outlook 2003

Hi - I am using Outlook 2003 and having trouble with the toolbar. I recently
installed Norton Internet Security and it has a toolbar for Outlook so you
can sort out what is spam and isn't. I want to move this new toolbar up
beside the existing toolbar. I know how to do that just fine and it works -
except when I shut down the program and get into it later the new toolbar has
moved to where it was before - on a row by itself. Is there a way to get the
toolbar to stay how I leave it even when I close the program? Thanks in
advance for any help.

That's not up to Outlook but to the addin. If the addin isn't programmed to
safe its toolbar location it will simply recreate it in their original
position. In other words; contact Norton support.

You can easily verify this; move around one of the default toolbars of
Outlook and restart Outlook. Is it still in the place that you have left it?
If not, you have a toolbar corruption. You can reset it by renaming
outcmd.dat to .old
