2003 Upgrade Benefits

We are thinking about upgrading a small IT group (30 CALs and 8 Desktop Pro users) to MS Project 2003 Pro and Server for managing project work. Can anyone provide a few bulleted points about the benefits of upgrading/new features and your experience with the newer version re: performance. Thanks!

There are quite a few bugs that are fixed. (Including a number of crashes)

Performance over a LAN (NOT a WAN) has been improved by approx. 30% for Project Managers.

2003 also has some much need improvements. (Protected actuals, administrative projects for tracking non-working time, the ability to let users download and update tasks from their calenders (assuming they have Outlook 2000 or higher), along with a few other nice whistles and bells.

It appears to be a long awaited improvement.
