2004 chinese lunar calendar

the 2004 chinese lunar calendar in outlook 2002 is incorrect. can anyone tell me how to correct it or how to load the correct one? It is showing February 20, 2004 as the first day. As a matter of fact the holidays are incorrect too. Thanks
