Hi,
I just encountered a really stupid case with some of people within my
organization.
They all share the same case - they were created in OPS a copule of days
after they got employed.
The issue is, that they cannot report time against administrative time tasks
(like "sick time" and "training"). Such tasks show up in their timesheets
with a yellow dot (meaning: approval required), even though all our
administrative time tasks are defined as "Approve: no".
Does anyone know how I can "unblock" them and allow report that time in
their timesheets?
II cannot see an easy way to modify creation time (apart of question if that
would do any good). Also, as far as I can see, their timesheets did not go to
any approval queue so that someone could manually approve them (or maybe I
just do not know where to look for that).
Thanks in advance,
Pawel
