2007 and it Standard Enterprise Fields

Hi folks,

MS Project Server 2007 comes with some Enterprise fields already defined.
Example: Health, etc... I just want to clean up what the users see.

Besides the 'RBS' field which we use, can we delete the rest? I believe the
one called 'State' is one that is used as part of some workflow. If I don't
use workflow related features, then can I delete this 'State' field? If I
decide to use workflow at a latter time, can I reinstate it by recreating it?

Unfortunately the application will not let you delete the built in custom
fields.
