2007 BCM installation returns an error and stops. Outlook i2007 ok

Upgrade from Office 2000 on XP. Outlook 2007 installed ok, but didn't
continue to install Business Contact Manager. Trying to install from the
other CD returns only message "Error occurred during installation. Program
has to be closed" and the installation ends.
