2007 Compression

How do you compress files in PP 2007? Can't find that option.

What do you mean with compress? What do you want to do?
Are you working with a PPT file or a PPTX file (new 2007 file format) ?

How do you compress files in PP 2007? Can't find that option.

The setting is on the Picture ribbon, so you must select an image in order
to get to it. Then look over on the left in the "adjust" group.

Note that "automatically perform basic compression on save" is selected by
default, so your images will actually be compressed when you save the file.

(I feel a FAQ coming on...)

Ahh..that's what the OP was looking for.
If you save in the PPTX format, they are also going to be run through a
zip compression (a PPTX file is essentially a zip file).
