Hi Twick,
There is no converter. You need to use the JET file format (ie. .mdb file
extension). Do not use the newer .accdb file format. If you do, you'll need
to convert it first to the .mdb format using Access 2007. Furthermore, if you
use any of the wizards in Access 2007, you should be aware that many of them
were re-written to create the so-called "embedded macros", which are not
supported in Access 2003. Therefore, if you're not careful, you could easily
find yourself with non-functional command buttons on forms.

There is a converter built into office to an access 2007 that you can use.
Simply open the the database in access 2007, then click on the office
button, then save as, and you'll see the options to choose previous formats
of access to use.
You really should probably not convert back and forth constantly, because
there are features that exist in the new version of access that don't exist
in the old version, and you're likely to run into trouble.
What this means is that you should continue to work in the lowest common
format that you plan to use, and in your case this is MS access 2003.
