2007 DL will not expand

I have run Office Diagnostics and uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2007.
Neither fixed problem of being able to expland the list after populating the
To Field.
Running Windows XP Professional SP2
Any suggestions?

look at the DL list - is it populated with addresses?

Yes, all the email addresses in the DL list is correctly populated.
