[2007] Edit/Create Rule for Specific resources

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a new Rule to accept changes to all my projets, for
Specific resources, but in the PWA page Edit/Create rule, the list of
Available Resources is empty. Why?
NB : I'm Administrator
Thanks for any idea.

Marc,

My users and my resources are already created. I assigned the resources to
tasks and they filled already some timesheets.
I'm creating Rules to accept timesheets for some of these resources.

Sounds fair, are you also the timesheet manager for the resources? You can
check that in the edit Resource view. Please note, you will need to be the
timesheet manager in order to approve time from the resources.
