2007 final

PC Mag today said the final version is out. Also office online home page
indicates it is a final. But msdn downloads only offers bets2tr. Why can't
I download the final?

The final has been released to manufacturing. That doesn't mean that it
is available yet. It will be made available to business customers
November 30 and to OEM/retail customers probably January 30.
According to a prior announcement on the MSDN subscriber page, I expect
it to be available to MSDN subscribers this week.
