2007 Home & Student vs Professional version differences

Newbie in the dark

I can't find any comparison between the two versions I find at the retail
store. Packaging is the same except the words Home and Student on the label.
$30 difference. I am trying the trial download and will wind up buying
shortly...but which?

The functionality is the same. The difference is in licensing -
Home&Student is only for personal or educational use, while Professional
is licensed for business and for-profit use, including home office/small
business type usage (of course, you can also use Pro for personal use).

Office 2007 Home and Student is for family non-commercial use.
